FREE ENGRAVING - All awards come with free engraving except Successories Exclusive Framed Awards. Our Awards Advantage also includes all set up charages. So that means FREE Setup on all awards accept Successories Exclusive Framed Awards as per our incredible Awards Advantage. You will never pay a set up fee for Awards.com products.

Logo Requirements for Award Products

Please provide logo files in a vector format saved from either Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. (We cannot create your logo from Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other presentation files).

Acceptable file formats include .cdr, .ai, or .eps
All graphics should be in black and white.
Please convert all fonts to curves or outlines (or supply all necessary fonts).
There should be no linked or embedded objects in your file.

Engraving Info

Please be sure that your instructions clearly indicate how you wish your personalization to appear. We will replicate the exact letters and spaces that you submit.

Most personalized items ship within 5 business days of receipt of your instructions. The actual number of days for a particular item will be displayed on the personalization entry page at checkout and on the product pages. Time in transit is not included in production

Online Orders:
If you upload your personalization file or use our form. You will be able to review your engraving instructions in the shopping cart. If you chose to "send it later" please email instruction to engraving@successories.com. Be sure to include your order number with your request.

Existing Orders:
To send personalization information for a product you have already purchased please call us at 1-800-535-2773 or email instruction to engraving@successories.com. Be sure to include your order number with your request.
