Can I see a proof before I place an order?

Your free art proofs will be sent to you within 2 business days of placing the order. We do not bill an order until production is complete and your items ship. When you place your order, we only authorize the credit card at that time. Companies with purchase order systems or approved for terms, may "Pay by Terms" online or by phone. But you do need to place an order to reserve inventory and communicate your order details to us. If for whatever reason you want to cancel your order before production, we can do that and you will not be billed. Can I ship to multiple recipients?

Yes, when checking out, you can select to multiship your order. There is a small handling fee of $10 per address. Additional $5 per address for deliveries under $14 in value. To let us know all the addresses, please download and fill out this easy to use Excel Sheet: DOWNLOAD NOW. After you have filled it out please email it contactus@awards.com with your order number so we can process your shipments.

When will I receive my order?

Production begins after art proof approval. Then it is simply production time plus shipping time. RUSH service is available on many of our awards. Note: If you do not receive a response within 48 hours after the art proof is sent, your order will automatically go into production to avoid any delays.

Awards.com cannot test every piece of every order that we ship to California for every one of the Proposition 65 listed 850 chemicals, and you may continue to have concerns about compliance with Proposition 65. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA)

In compliance with CPSIA, all products primarily intended for children under age 12 will include tracking numbers. Testing and all documentation for these products may be requested from the factory. Prime Line® does not intend for any items to be used as children's products or toys, but rather as advertising specialty items only.

In accordance with section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act,15 U.S.C. §2063(a)(5) (CPSA), all youth apparel sold by Prime Line has been lab tested, has a certificate of conformity, and CPSIA compliant tracking number. In addition, each imprinted youth garment will be imprinted with a permanent tracking number using CPSC approved ink. The tracking label will be applied to the inside back hem of each youth shirt in one color and will contain our compliance phone number and the sales order number both printed in a 12 pt font. Light color shirts will be printed in a dark color ink, dark color shirts will be printed in a light color ink. Additional fees may apply.
