What will my award look like?
All awards start blank — the photos show examples of awards we've produced before.
Tell us what you have in mind and we'll create a free proof (digital preview of your personalized awards) for your review and approval before production.
Can I see what it will look like before I place an order?
After you place your order — we don't bill you until production is complete and your order ships —
we will have all the information we need to make sure everything looks right. Your free art proof arrives within about 2 business days
for your review and approval before production. You can cancel before production at no charge, and we're glad to send an official
quote first if you need one.
Can I ship to multiple recipients?
Yes — choose multiship at checkout ($10 per address; an extra $5
for addresses under $14 in value). Download our address spreadsheet, fill it in, and email it
to contactus@awards.com with your order number.
When will I receive my order?
Production starts once you approve your proof — then it's production time plus
shipping time, with RUSH service available on many awards. (If we don't
hear back within 48 hours of sending your proof, we start production automatically to
avoid delays.)
What if my award arrives damaged or isn't right?
Every order is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a piece
arrives damaged, or it isn't what you approved on your proof, contact us and we'll
make it right. We've been making custom awards since 1985, and standing behind our quality and service is part of the deal.
