  • All returns MUST receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).
  • Replacements will not be shipped until exchanged merchandise is received.
  • RMA #'s are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.
  • NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.
  • We will not be responsible for any returns received without an RMA #.
  • You must use a major carrier and provide us with the tracking #.

Return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable.

Engraved, Imprinted and Customized product is not returnable or refundable, except as described in 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Non‐engraved product in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less a restocking fee of up to 20% and all return shipping costs.

Refused Shipments. Refusing delivery does not cancel your order or serve as an authorized return. Because a refused shipment comes back to us without an RMA #, it is handled as an unauthorized return. Whether a refund or credit is issued, and for how much, depends on the product and the condition in which it arrives back at our fulfillment center, and any refund is net of all shipping costs in both directions and a restocking fee of up to 20%. You remain responsible for return shipping and for any damage that occurs in transit. To avoid this, please contact us for an RMA # before returning anything (see above).

Sample orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. As a courtesy, we offer a credit on your next order equal to the lesser of 10% of your next order’s merchandise total or the merchandise value of your sample order. Credits must be used within 30 days of your sample order.
