Every award we make is a one-off for somebody, so the only honest measure of whether we got it right is what the customer says afterward. When Something Goes Wrong
We invite every customer to leave a review on Trustpilot, whether the experience was good or bad, and we do not take the critical ones down. We reply to more than 80% of negative reviews within 24 hours, and we stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If an award arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, that means a replacement or a full credit.
One honest tip: if something is wrong, the fastest fix is not a review, it is a call. Reach out to customer service directly and we can start on it right away, usually before a review would even post. The reviews are the public record. A direct call is how we make it right the fastest.
