My award arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please open and inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If a physical award arrived damaged, contact us right away and we'll replace it as quickly as possible, free of charge. Please note this covers damage to the awards themselves — outer boxes and packaging are considered packaging and are not subject to replacement.

What if my award is engraved or personalized incorrectly?

Every personalized item is produced exactly from the proof you approve, so please review your proof carefully — once you approve it, the proof is final. If we made a mistake against your approved proof, you're fully covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and we'll correct it free of charge. If you need to change something after the item has already gone into production, we'll produce a discounted replacement at the reduced per-piece rate of your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Will I get the best price?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Before production/approval: corrections to artwork, items, and personalization are made at no charge, and quantities can be adjusted. After you approve and production begins: custom, imprinted, and engraved products can't be canceled or changed. Non-customized stock items may be subject to a restocking fee. Do I get to see my award before it's made?

Absolutely. When you personalize with a logo, we send a FREE art proof — typically within 24–72 hours — for your review. Production doesn't begin until you approve it, so there are no surprises. Art & proof info ›

What is a proof?

A proof is a digital preview of your personalized award — a rendering that shows exactly how your engraving, logo, text, and layout will look before we make it. We email you a free art proof to review, and production doesn't begin until you approve it, so it's your chance to catch anything and request a change. What logo file format do you need?

A vector file is best (.ai, .eps, or .cdr, with fonts converted to outlines). We can also work from .jpg or .png images, though a one-time logo-conversion fee and a little extra proofing time may apply. Full logo requirements ›

How long until I receive my order?

Plan for 1–2 business days to receive your proof, then about 5–7 business days from art approval to ship, plus transit time. Need a custom design? Our team delivers in 3–5 business days. Rush options are available on many items. Processing & shipping times ›

How is my order shipped? Can you ship to multiple addresses?

We ship UPS Carbon Neutral, and your order may ship from multiple locations at no extra charge. You can also multiship to many addresses at checkout (a small per-address handling fee applies). Shipping options ›

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are placed by phone or email with one of our representatives, and may be subject to customs duties and taxes (paid by the recipient). See our Ordering & Shipping page for full international details.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account?

Yes. If you ship on your own carrier account, you (the account holder) are responsible for shipping, handling, duties, taxes, and any carrier issues such as delays, damages, or claims. Just share your account details when you order — see our Ordering & Shipping page for details.

Payment, tax & the fine print

What payment methods do you accept? Can I use a PO?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Businesses, schools, and government agencies can also pay by Invoice or Purchase Order (terms subject to approval; Education and Government entities are automatically approved). Payment & terms ›

When do you charge my card?

We request payment details at checkout, but we do not bill you until your order ships.

Do you charge sales tax? What if we're tax-exempt?

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown during checkout before you submit your order. If you're tax-exempt, email your certificate to contactus@awards.com and we'll remove the tax (and refund any tax paid in error).
