In accordance with section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act,15 U.S.C. §2063(a)(5) (CPSA), all youth apparel we sell has been lab tested, has a certificate of conformity, and CPSIA compliant tracking number. In addition, each imprinted youth garment will be imprinted with a permanent tracking number using CPSC approved ink. The tracking label will be applied to the inside back hem of each youth shirt in one color and will contain our compliance phone number and the sales order number both printed in a 12 pt font. Light color shirts will be printed in a dark color ink, dark color shirts will be printed in a light color ink. Additional fees may apply.

Yes. Every award starts blank, and the photos show examples of awards we've made before. You will receive a proof for your approval before production within 2 business days, and Awards.com doesn't bill you until your order ships. Corrections before production are free, and we're glad to send an official quote first.

Can I ship awards to multiple recipients?

Yes. Choose multiship at checkout ($10 per address by ground or $30 by an expedited method, plus $5 for addresses under $14 in value; free and flat-rate shipping offers apply to single-address orders only). When will my award arrive?

Awards.com makes the Astoria VividPrint™ Award in about 6 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. Rush service is available on many awards. If we don't hear back within 2 business days of sending your proof, we start production automatically so your date doesn't slip.

What if my award arrives damaged or isn't right?

If your award arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, send us a photo of the problem and Awards.com ships a replacement - there's no need to send the award back or get a return authorization (RMA). An RMA is only for returning an award, and every order is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If a name was misspelled on the proof you approved, we'll make a replacement at a discount.

Excellent Sevice Awards

We hand these awards out during our quarterly meetings. The staff love the service awards. They love them better than the plaques we have given out in the past. The size is the perfect size. We ordered 3.25"x 6" and we just wish we could have our logo a little bit bigger.
