When will my award arrive?
Awards.com makes the Sedgewick in about 6 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. Rush service is available on many awards.
If we don't hear back within 2 business days of sending your proof, we start production automatically so your date doesn't slip.
What if my award arrives damaged or isn't right?
If your award arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, send us a photo of the problem and Awards.com ships a replacement - there's no need to send the award back or get a return authorization (RMA).
An RMA is only for returning an award, and every order is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If a name was misspelled on the proof you approved, we'll make a replacement at a discount.
