Awards.com makes the Sparta VividPrint™ Award in about 6 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. Rush service is available on many awards.
If we don't hear back within 2 business days of sending your proof, we start production automatically so your date doesn't slip.
What if my award arrives damaged or isn't right?
If your award arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, send us a photo of the problem and Awards.com ships a replacement - there's no need to send the award back or get a return authorization (RMA).
An RMA is only for returning an award, and every order is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If a name was misspelled on the proof you approved, we'll make a replacement at a discount.

a completely INCORRECT proof which delayed the process even further. We had multiple conversations over email regarding what the awards should look like where I explicitly asked for the logo design to be in black and white -- even going so far as to sending a vector file in B&W and then the proof logo was STILL in color. The representative I was working with was not timely in their responses. And in the final product the design was STILL off center which was not reflected in the proof. The glass piece is also not affixed inside of the wooden framing so it is able to rotate around and slide back and forth. Horribly disappointing and we won't be using them again even though we ordered a dummy award with the plans of using them consistently for all of our future awards ceremonies.
