Can I ship to multiple recipients?
Yes — choose multiship at checkout ($10 per address; an extra $5
for addresses under $14 in value). Download our address spreadsheet, fill it in, and email it
to contactus@awards.com with your order number.
When will I receive my order?
Production starts once you approve your proof — then it's production time plus
shipping time, with RUSH service available on many awards. (If we don't
hear back within 48 hours of sending your proof, we start production automatically to
avoid delays.)
