Custom Trophies
Most people who need a trophy are not shopping for a gold cup with a figure on top. They are recognizing a salesperson who beat quota, an employee marking twenty years, or a team that closed something difficult. That is the kind of trophy we make: engraved crystal, glass, acrylic, and metal pieces that go on a desk or a shelf and stay there.
Every trophy here is engraved free, with a proof you approve before we make anything, and there is no order minimum. Stock pieces ship in about six days. Start with a material below, or jump straight to the occasion you are buying for.

Glass Trophies
Lighter and lower cost than crystal, including jade glass. Good for whole-team programs.

How Custom Trophy Engraving Works
Every trophy we sell is engraved in house. Here is the process start to finish.
Send us your text and artwork
The name, the award title, the date, and your logo if you have one. Vector files work best, but we can work from most formats.
We send you a proof
You get a rendering showing exactly how the engraving will sit on the piece. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, and revisions are free.
We engrave and ship
Most stock trophies ship about six days after proof approval. We use rotary and laser engraving on metal and wood, and sandblasting or laser on crystal and glass.
If you want something that does not exist yet
Our design team builds custom trophy shapes from scratch, including pieces cut to your logo and acrylic embedments. Renderings come back in three to five business days. Start at custom designs.
How to Choose a Trophy
Match the size to the achievement
An oversized trophy for a small win reads as filler. Save the tall pieces for the annual award and use something smaller for monthly recognition.
Decide whether it repeats
If the same award goes out every year, buy a perpetual trophy and add a nameplate each cycle rather than starting over. It builds a record people can read.
Think about where it will sit
Desk pieces need to clear a monitor. Anything over about ten inches usually ends up on a shelf or in a lobby case, so check the space before you size up.
Engrave the specifics
A name and a year is the minimum. Adding the real number, whether that is revenue, units, or years of service, is what stops a trophy looking generic next to last year's.
Custom Trophies FAQ
What is the difference between a trophy and an award?
In corporate recognition they mean the same thing, and buyers use both words for the same object. Traditionally a trophy was a freestanding cup or figure while an award was a flat plaque. Today most companies say trophy for anything handed over at a ceremony.
Do you sell sports trophies?
Not the traditional kind with a plastic figure on a column. We make engraved corporate trophies in crystal, glass, acrylic, and metal, and we do carry golf and general sports shapes. If you need team trophies for a youth league, a local trophy shop is a better fit.
Can you make a custom trophy shape?
Yes. Our design team builds trophies from scratch, including shapes cut to your logo and acrylic embedments. Send the concept and you will have a rendering in three to five business days at no cost.
What material is best for a corporate trophy?
Crystal for annual and executive awards, since it has the most weight and presence. Glass, including jade, when you are recognizing a whole team at a lower cost per piece. Acrylic when the logo needs to print in full color.
How long does custom trophy engraving take?
You will see a proof in one to three days, and most stock trophies ship about six days after you approve it. Fully custom shapes run longer and we confirm the timing before you commit to a date.
Can we order just one trophy?
Yes. There is no minimum and no setup fee. Engraving and your proof are included whether you order a single trophy or several hundred.
